The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to pools and water slides. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The animation team organizes entertaining shows and activities for guests to enjoy.

The lack of English-speaking employees makes communication difficult for non-German speaking guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were exceptional, particularly the "Amazon Water World" area which had a wide range of pools, rivers, slides, and attractions. It was a paradise for both adults and children. Additionally, we were impressed with the availability of parking and the convenient transportation options provided by the hotel. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The beach location was perfect with clear waters and plenty of loungers. The Easter egg hunt was a nice touch and added a fun element to the stay. The on-site restaurant offered a good variety of options for breakfast, including fresh fruit and yogurt.

The room was in dire need of renovation and was not as clean as expected. The front desk staff was uninterested in helping with any questions or concerns.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The luxurious amenities and excellent service provided by the staff made us feel like royalty. The swimming pool and health club were exceptional and we took advantage of them every day. The fine dining restaurant on-site was a highlight of our trip, offering delectable cuisine and an elegant atmosphere. Additionally, the private facilities added an extra level of exclusivity to our stay.

The only slightly negative aspect of our stay was the location. While it was not a major inconvenience, it was not as convenient as other hotels we have stayed at in the past.

Spent new years in a hotel that had amazing food options and an impressive pool area. The pool was very fun for kids and adults alike, with different types of pools and slides to keep everyone entertained. The hotel was also located close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation.
